Beth Greenland, ACC, is Principal of Greenland & Associates, a leadership coaching and organizational development consulting practice based in Towson, Maryland. Ms. Greenland has worked for over 23 years providing executive coaching, strategic planning, leadership training, and consensus facilitation to for profit, non profit, and government agencies across the country. She is affililiated with the Maryland Association of Non-Profits. She has a Bachelors degree in Economics and a Masters Degree in Applied Behavioral Science, as well as post graduate training in counseling, strategic planning, and executive coaching.
