This one-of-a-kind program combines expert-led instruction, peer support, and individualized coaching. Emerging leaders will learn valuable mindsets and skillsets to make them strong and confident leaders when facing every situation. It is ideal for people going through a leadership transition, from first time managers to new CEOs and Executive Directors.
Participants of the Emerging Leaders Program will:

EFFECTIVELY MENTOR AND COACH THEIR TEAMS TO MORE EFFICIENT AND EFFECTIVE PERFORMANCE.
BUILD AN INTERNAL CULTURE THAT SUPPORTS THE MISSION, ENSURES HIGH QUALITY WORK PRODUCTS AND REDUCES TURNOVER AND OVERHEAD COSTS.
BUILD KEY RELATIONSHIPS WITH COLLEAGUES IN THEIR INDUSTRY AND PROVIDE ONGOING SUPPORT, GUIDANCE, PEER COACHING AND RESOURCE SHARING.
REVIEW AND DISCUSS TRENDS THAT IMPACT THEIR INDUSTRY
UNDERSTAND KEY FINANCIAL MEASURES OF SUCCESS, DEVELOP SYSTEMS TO TRACK THOSE MEASURES AND PROVIDE ONGOING FINANCIAL OVERSIGHT.
The Emerging Leaders Program includes 5 full-day sessions that provide a multi-faceted approach to grow more effective leadership with greater understanding of:
SELF AS LEADER - showing up with presence and awareness
THE TEAM - understanding motivations of others and how to supervise and motivate effectively
THE CULTURE - building an environment of continuous learning and development
THE CLIENT - connecting with clients for the best possible working relationships
THE SYSTEMS- learning about key financial indicators and complexity
All sessions include educational content, hands-on practice, discussion, and take-home resource materials. The program will begin with a leadership self-assessment and conclude with a final self-assessment and peer feedback to help each participant develop leadership strategies and practices going forward.
Executive and Peer Coaching
Every session of the program, participants will get coaching practice with a peer in their industry, and give them an opportunity to talk about the challenges they face and address strategies for future development. In addition, there is time included in the program for 2 1-hour sessions with Beth, Alex or Bebe.
